A SPLASH of shaving foam and the sharp blade of a razor has
market the end of a hair-raising Movember effort.
Charlie Gray’s head chef
and Movember mascot Lee Hockley spent last month carefully constructing his
‘Chopper Reid’ moustache and handing out moustache-shaped cookies to customers
in order to raise awareness for the cause.
Mr Hockley said he was more than
happy to leave the handlebars behind after a collective effort of Charlie Gray’s
employees saw them raise $110 in tips, and described the freshly-shaven feeling
as “very refreshing”.
While most were happy to shave, it seems others have
grown attached to their newfound facial hair.
