Top accolades for ‘Maccas’ achiever

BEAU Knight has big plans in business, and working at a well known family
restaurant may well have boosted his chances at success.

The Year 12 St Mary
Mackillop College student has set his sights on going to university in Melbourne
next year to complete a Bachelor of Business/Law.

The 17-year-old’s current
employer, McDonalds Swan Hill, recently sent him down to the state’s capital to
complete his first McDonald’s Management Course.

Beau said it was “pretty
awesome” to have won the Bronze Hat Award from other high-calibre candidates
from around the state.

“It’s not just myself, but Chris and Kirsty, that have
put effort into me,” he said.

“All the hard work has paid off.”
