Strong total for Razorbacks

BATTING first against Se Lake Woomelang on Friday night, Northern Razorbacks amassed a total of 114 from 20 overs in its Swan Hill District Cricket Association under 17s match.

St Mary’s Tyntynder batted first against Woorinen and made 78 without losing a wicket.

Austin McKerrow, 35, and Connor Power, 18, were the not out batsmen.

Woorinen’s first innings netted just 53 runs for the loss of three wickets.

Under 14s

SWAN Hill Lakers managed 53 for the loss of six wickets batting first against RSL, with Bailey Codling managing 26.

In reply, RSL’s first inning netted 79 runs, with Ryan Walsh top-scoring with 22.

At Alan Garden Memorial Reserve, Sea Lake Woomelang managed 147, with Callan Noonan hitting 50.

In reply Ultima TUF could only manage 25, with all 10 wickets falling in just over 16.5 overs.

Billy Poulton did most of the damage ripping through the UTUF attack with four wickets for the visitors.

Woorinen managed 75 in its first innings against St Mary’s Tyntynder.

In response the visitors managed 66.
