POLICE have continued an appeal for information into the theft of $20,000 worth of hairdressing accessories from a Swan Hill business last week.
Between last Monday evening and early the next morning, unknown offenders entered the Savhoo Hair and Beauty Supplies distributor on McRae Street.
Once inside they stole a significant amount of high-end products including hair straighteners, scissors, trimmers and clippers estimated to be valued at $20,000 in total.
Police are now appealing for witnesses, including anyone who many have seen any suspicious behaviour at, or near, the premises at the time of offending.
The premises were secured at the time and police declined to comment on the method of entry.
“The business was not fitted with an alarm or CCTV, it certainly would have aided in first response or the subsequent investigation,” Detective Senior Constable Gerard Kelly said.
Police are currently awaiting crime scene results and their investigations are ongoing.
