A THREE vehicle accident on the Murray Valley Highway yesterday afternoon resulted in a Swan Hill man being cut from his ute.
It appeared the man was travelling northbound on the highway when he collided with the rear of a dark green utility at the intersection of Murraydale Road, Swan Hill Leading Senior Constable David Hogan said.
The green ute was then pushed into the right hand lane and clipped the vehicle it had stopped to give way to, which was also a utility.
Snr Cnst Hogan said the roof of the white utility was removed as a precaution as the driver was suspected to have back and neck injuries.
Nobody else was seriously injured.
The collision occurred at 3.25pm, causing minor traffic delays.
Two ambulance, two police and an SES unit attended the scene.
