COUNTRY Victoria’s tennis fraternity came together at the Swan Hill Lawn Tennis and Croquet club to show their support for Novak Djokovic as he prepares to represent the city in the Australian Open next week.
Players, officials and volunteers at the Inter-regional Country Championships all decided to get behind the “Mallee Djoker” and spell out his name on the courts to build community spirit heading into the first grand slam of the year.
The photo was captured by a drone that was controlled by Ron and Tony Di Palma to get the best picture of the group spelling out the Serb’s name on the court.
