ANDRA ready to race

SWAN Hill Drag Racing Club (SHDRC) has confirmed the Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) will sanction events in the region when racing gets underway.

The Swan Hill Rural City Council are yet to confirm when the track will be handed to the club, but the future is looking bright for the more than $2 million project.

Posting on their Facebook page, SHDRC advised its followers ANDRA would help govern races when racers made their way to Swan Hill.

In the post, the club said the facility was being built at Chisholm Reserve to benefit racers and the community.
