CMFNL to investigate spectator incident

THE Central Murray Football Netball League (CMFNL) are investigating an incident that occurred during a match on Saturday afternoon.

It is understood that a man allegedly entered the playing field at quarter time of the Cohuna Kangas versus Lake Boga match and became involved in a scuffle between players.

The CMFNL confirmed to The Guardian that an investigation is now underway.

AFL Central Murray regional operations manager David Alderuccio said he would be working with parties involved to determine whether a breach had occurred.

“The league will investigate and no further comment will be made at this time,” he told The Guardian.
