SWAN Hill Theatre Group performers have been slicking back their hair and trying on leather jackets for size in preparation for their upcoming production of Grease the Musical.

Cast and crew are meeting each Tuesday and Thursday night to rehearse, ahead of opening night on Thursday, June 2 at the Memorial Theatre.

Director Sarah Rose said the final preparations were coming along nicely.

“The songs sound great, the sets are looking fantastic, and they are just having their finishing touches added to them,” she said.

“The actors are learning their lines and dance moves and are getting better with every rehearsal.”

Tickets are currently on sale at the Swan Hill Information Centre or at www.swanhillonline.com.

Tickets are selling very fast so get in quickly so you don’t miss out.

Grease the Musical show dates: June 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 16, 17 and 18 with a matinee performance on Sunday, June 5.
