WITH great sadness, Healthy Minds Network (HMN) chairman David Quayle has announced the discontinuation of the group.
Since its founding in 2004, the HMN worked to raise awareness of suicide in the community in the hope of reducing the stigma associated with mental illness.
This was achieved by dedicated and hardworking volunteers who guided people affected by suicide in the direction of supportive organisations and mental health professionals.
“As a chairman of this group I am tremendously proud of what this committee has achieved in 12 years since its inception,” Mr Quayle said.
