THE Swan Hill Genealogical and Historical Society is looking to help local residents map out their family history by offering its facilities and volunteers to assist people research their roots.
With August being National Family History Month, the Swan Hill Genealogical and Historical Society is holding a “family history week” at its Swan Hill Regional Library office.
From today to Friday, between 10am-3pm, volunteers from the society will be on hand to help introduce local residents to their first steps in gaining an insight into their ancestors.
