SWAN Hill Rural City Council passed the Robinvale 2031 Community Plan at its meeting on Tuesday, with the plan to be presented to the community for discussion in the coming weeks.
After a 12 month process to discover the community’s biggest needs through makeshift drop in centres, formal interviews with organisations and social media conversation, a draft was created based on the 200 respondents’ thoughts, ideas and hopes for their town.
The document identified five priority focus areas — built environment, recreation, cultural arts and tourism, and housing.
