Market Day is done and dusted for another year.
On Saturday, Campbell Street in Swan Hill was swarming with people out to support their local community and celebrate the day.
From market stalls, street performers, musicians, horse and carriage rides and a few classic sausage sizzles, there really was something for everyone on the day.
Swan Hill Inc marketing co-ordinator Julie Wiggins said she was very pleased with how Market Day turned out this year.
“It went really well,” she said.
“The turn out was really good and we had a steady flow of people throughout the day.
“I especially noticed a lot of people sticking around for the raffle draw.”
For every $20 spent, shoppers went into the draw to win $1000 in vouchers at some of Swan Hill’s best retailers and Luke Matarazzo was the lucky winner.
This year 47 stalls filled with arts and crafts, plants, candles, soaps, jewellery, clothes and lollies lined Campbell Street.
Ms Wiggins said shopkeepers in the area were overwhelmingly pleased with the amount of business they had done.
“Many said it was the best market day for sales ever.
“It was a great opportunity for retailers to come together and for people to showcase their products,” she said.
