When training first started I didn’t know exactly what to expect. However I knew I had to adapt as quickly as possible to perform in the elite environment that is club-land.
As soon as I walked through the doors I noticed the whole-of-club approach in how everyone at Carlton treated us as the new women’s players.
From draft day onwards, I felt at home.
Training has been an absolute ball so far.
The persistence and enthusiasm the team carries towards training and being the best we can be is outstanding.
The team’s work ethic and ability to soak up all of the knowledge that the coaching staff bestows on our team is immense.
The way the squad has come together and so quickly has been impressive.
