KOONDROOK-Barham are yet to get a win this season after going down to Balranald by 40 goals on Saturday.
It was always going to be a tough match for the Raiders, who were taking on last year’s premiership winning side.
The Roos put out a strong performance from the start of the game, getting 10 goals ahead of the Raiders by the end of the first quarter.
The Raiders’ deficit continued to grow as the match went on, and the Roos did not hold back, averaging about 17 goals a quarter compared to less than seven by the Raiders.
Balranald is set to host Lake Boga next round in what should be a very close and competitive match. Koondrook-Barham could have another tough game ahead of them as they come up against an undefeated Woorinen side.
FINAL WHISTLE:
Koondrook-Barham 26
Balranald 66
