Food deliverer threatened with baseball bat

POLICE say a food deliverer was threatened with a baseball bat at a caravan park last week.

They said the victim was approached by an agressive male brandishing the bat about 6pm on March 23.

The victim was in fear of being struck and quickly re-entered his vehicle and reported the incident.


Car stolen

A CAR was allegedly stolen from a Swan Hill car yard on Monday.

Offenders stole a grey Commodore Clubsport about 1.30am.

A padlock was cut and the key, or similar, was used to unlock the vehicle.

The business still had both sets of keys.


Alcohol theft

POLICE arrested a man for allegedly stealing alcohol from a Robinvale store last week.

The man stole a six-pack of alcohol from the Latje Road liquor store about 1pm on March 24.

He then started drinking when outside the store.

Police arrested the man, who will appear in court at a later date.


Door missing

A NEW security door was taken from a ute parked at a Swan Hill property last week.

The victim had the door tied down to his vehicle parked in the driveway of his Stradbroke Avenue home.

Police said the door was taken some time during the evening of March 23.


Lawn mower

POLICE are investigating the theft of a lawn mower from a Swan Hill address.

The victim noticed the red Honda mower missing about 8.30am on March 22.

The rear gate was not locked.
