Resident assaulted

TWO men and a boy have been charged after allegedly invading a Swan Hill home and assaulting one occupant.

It was believed the trio forced entry to the Pritchard Street property shortly before midnight on February 8.

One occupant was assaulted and the other was able to convince them to leave, police said.

On February 10, the trio, including a 22-year-old, a 19-year-old and a youth, were arrested and charged.

They were bailed to appear in court at a later date.


Home invasion

POLICE are investigating after four people allegedly forced entry into a Robinvale home last weekend.

A group of three women and one man threatened the occupant in the early hours of February 11, police said.

The occupant was uninjured and the alleged offenders were arrested and remanded in custody.


Two men charged

TWO men were charged following an assault in Swan Hill last weekend.

Police attended a premises on McCallum Street just after midnight on February 11.

Two men, aged 21 and 22, were arrested and charged with assault-related matters.

They were bailed to appear in court at a later date.


Costly impound

A SEA Lake man’s motorcycle has been impounded for 30 days following alleged improper use.

Police seized the vehicle on February 13 at a cost of $1925.

He will be charged on summons for improper use of motor vehicle.


Cash taken

CASH and personal belongings were allegedly stolen from a Swan Hill property last week.

Police said offenders entered the Cato Court address some time between 4.30pm on February 8 and 3.30pm on February 11.


Youth runs from scene

A YOUTH was seen running away from a Swan Hill home after something was thrown at the garage door, police have alleged.

The incident happened about 10.15pm on February 10 in Sugarwood Avenue.

The object caused a dent.


School falls victim

CLASSROOMS at a Swan Hill school were targeted earlier this month.

The rooms were entered some time between 10am and 8pm on February 5, with various items stolen.


Money missing

A ROBINVALE resident reported money had been taken from his bank account.

Investigators believed it may have taken place after the victim used his credit card for a purchase in January.

Detectives were investigating the incident as a possible obtaining property by deception offence.

Police have warned locals to be vigilant and report potential scams.
