Anglican

MONSTER boot sale Christmas raffle is on again tomorrow at the Anglican hall and over the road behind Anglicare.

Come and grab a bargain, sausage, scones, furniture, plants or produce.

Anglicare is most appreciative of the bountiful hampers parishioners donated towards the raffle.

Giving is a part of Christmas, and in this way we are able to make Christmas a much better time of celebration for families.

This week, we have our 9.30am service on Sunday, the 10am Wednesday service and a Christmas service at Jacaranda Lodge on Friday at 10.30am. All are welcome.

Christmas services are Christmas Eve at 7.30pm with lots of carol singing, and Christmas Day is in Swan Hill at 9.30am.

Please join us as we celebrate the coming of Christ, the true meaning of Christmas.

Grain Shed

AS the town lights up, there is a busyness in the air with shopping, food preparations, end of year break ups, and Christmas parties.

When wrapping gifts and placing them under the Christmas tree, let us focus on the most precious gift we all received when Jesus was born.

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6 NIV

All of the activities – Grain Shed Youth Ministry, Grainshd Kids, Craft, Create and mainly music, have finished for 2022. In the new year, look out for more information on when these activities will start up again.

This Sunday at 10am, our doors are open for all and Pastor La’Mont is on the platform with a message for all. There will be no Grainshed Kids onsite.

We look forward to our Christmas Eve service next Saturday at 6pm. Come along, invite family and friends as we celebrate the biggest gift of all.

There will be no Christmas Day service.

January 1, 2023 service at 10am.
