Husband hunts for truth in thriller

LAST Seen Alive is a fast-paced, one-of-a-kind thriller that stars Gerard Butler (Olympus Has Fallen, 300) and Jaimie Alexander (Thor: The Dark World) where a woman’s disappearance forces her former lover down a dark path, taking the law into his own hands.

Butler plays Will Spann, a wealthy contractor who is driving his soon-tobe ex-wife Lisa (Alexander) to her parents house, however she mysteriously vanishes at a gas station, which leaves Will desperate to find her before it’s too late.

Will contacts the police and is questioned by Detective Patterson, played by Russell Hornsby (The Hate U Give), who is torn between whether to help Will or suspect him of foul play.

Lisa’s parents also think that Will might be involved in her disappearance, after Lisa had recently told Will she was leaving him.

Step by step, Will uncovers clues that lead him into a brutal criminal underworld, and with nowhere left to turn, he decides to take matters into his own hands and find his wife by himself.

As the search deepens, dangerous figures emerge and start to wage war against him, while outrunning and outsmarting the criminals trying to stop him, Will must also evade the authorities who are hot on his trail.

Knuckles, played by Ethan Embry (Can’t Hardly Wait), might be the key to the mystery, with ties to both Lisa’s parents and the drug dens that bubble below the surface of her picturesque hometown.

Directed by Brian Goodman (Black Butterfly, What Doesn’t Kill You) with screenplay by writer/producer Marc Frydman the film also stars Cindy Hogan, Bruce Altman, Michael Irby and David Kallaway.

Last Seen Alive is a heart-pounding thriller that tells the story of how desperate circumstances can lead to extreme measures, and how there are no boundaries when it comes to saving those we love.
