Gardener assaulted

ON September 2, at about 8.50am, a man who was mowing the nature strip in front of his house in Stradbroke Street, Swan Hill, said hello to a person as he walked past.

The pedestrian punched the man to the left side of his face with a closed fist and then kicked a panel out of the property’s Colorbond fence.

The offender then threw a metal drink bottle at a white Ford Falcon ute with a canopy.

The drink bottle broke a window in the side of the canopy, leaving a substantial hole in it.

The alleged offender is described as male with dark skin, aged in his early 20s, about 180cm (6′) tall and wearing a hoodie.
