Murrabit are primed to do the unthinkable, win three A Grade premierships in a row this season.
The Blues have two new coaches at the helm, club stalwart Ashea Bujdoso and returning player Elly Bookham.
Emelia Shannahan also joins the reigning premiers and will add to their already strong attack end. Only dropping two games last season, the Blues will definitely go into the season the team to beat.
Bookham has ran a well attended pre-season camp.
“We hope to bring new strategies to the club this year as well as some new faces,” she said.
“We want to continue the good vibes that Murrabit netballers bring to each season.”
In: Elly Bookham (Mallee Eagles), Emilia Shannahan (Mallee Eagles) Steph Reeves (returning from injury)
Out: Ashea Bujdoso,
PLAYER TO WATCH: Mila Bray. Mila had a taste of senior netball last season, playing in between A and B Grade. Mila is an in-circle defender who can also play out at WD. Her best on court performance in the B grade Grand Final demonstrated her strength as a young defender.
