Church Notes

Anglican

TOMORROW is the Anglican boot sale day.

Come along and enjoy the offerings and catch up with some of the community at both sites.

There is plenty of new stock and bargains.

We are enjoying the ministry of our locum Rev Wayne who brings us a thought-provoking message each service.

Please continue to pray for a new Rector and for those responsible for choosing.

Rev Wendy Pullin, a much-loved former clergy person here, is soon to celebrate 25 years in ordained ministry.

Notes of appreciation can be left at the church to be forwarded to Wendy, who continued her ministry in Melbourne.

After the 10am Wednesday service on May 24, at about 11am, we will hold a Biggest Morning Tea to support the work of the anti-cancer council and as a vote of thanks on behalf of those who have been involved with the cancer journey.

We thank God for survivors due to the medical science developments. There will be a light morning tea, raffles and fellowship.

Come along and bring a friend or two. Entry is by donation.
