Grain Shed
AS the first school term comes to an end and daylight saving finishes on Sunday, let the focus change day-to-day things and reflect on Jesus and what he did for us. Easter is our reminder.
John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
Grain Shed youth meet for the last time this term, tonight from 7pm to 9pm. A great night assured with many tasty treats in store.
The Sunday, April 2, service at 10am will look a little different as out Grain Shed kids will be presenting their Easter jam.
It’s sure to be lots of fun and rumours are it will be messy.
Come along, invite some friends and be part of this great service.
A big thank you to all who helped getting ready for Harmony Day at Cafe Oh La La and all those who bought from the stand and at church on Sunday, supporting our Grain Shed’s hampers of hope.
These hampers will be distributed to those in need in our community.
Call reception on 5032 9449 for more details of ways to help or if you are or know of someone who needs assistance.
Mainly Music has a great Easter break-up session starting 10am. It will resume on May 1.
Craft ladies meet on Thursday at 10am, never without a good coffee and a good project.
Save the date:
• Thursday, April 6, 6pm: last supper. Bring your own supper and join in fellowship at the Grain Shed as we reflect over this important meal.
