WYCHEPROOF-Narraport Netball Club are hoping that 2023 will bring collective success across all grades.
“With great senior numbers and some exciting junior talent upcoming, we will be focused on ensuring we make great use of the depth and experience we have to see all Demon netball sides competing in finals,” A Grade coach Christopher Duffy said.
While there was “a great combination of talent” last season, they fell just short of securing a spot in the finals.
“The team had a great year together regardless though, with a lot of close, highly competitive games, which has meant we’ve retained almost all of our A Grade from last season for 2023 which is terrific,” Duffy said.
“The on-court combinations we were able to establish last year we’ll hope to carry on and build on in 2023.”
Retaining a lot of key players and losing a couple, the Demons also recruited new people to the club.
“Adding depth to our club with a range of experience and talent, that is really exciting for all of our returning netballers,” Duffy said.
Coaching B Grade is Tessa Coles and Jenna Allan, while C Grade will be led by Nakia Nunn.

Eaglehawk recruit Emily Kinder is a player Duffy is keen to see hit the court this season. “Em is a superb mid courter that will be a big boost for our club with her high energy and work rate,” he said.
