Fuel stolen

DIESEL was stolen from a property near Robinvale earlier this month.

Police said offenders entered a property on the Murray Valley Highway between May 8 and 11.

Diesel fuel has been stolen from an overhead tank and an unregistered trailer.

Ute theft charges

A MAN has been charged after allegedly stealing a utility from a Liparoo property.

Between 6pm on May 11 and 7am the following day, offenders have gained entry to an office area on a property on the Hattah-Robinvale Road, Liparoo.

A Toyota LandCruiser ute, farm chemicals and various other items were stolen from the property.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on May 12 and later charged with burglary, theft of motor vehicles and associated offences.

He has been bailed to attend court at a later date.

Drug arrest

A MAN was remanded in custody after drugs were allegedly found in a vehicle.

Swan Hill police intercepted a vehicle in Karinie Street, Swan Hill on May 10.

A search of the vehicle found a substance believed to be cannabis.

The 31-year-old driver was arrested, charged and remanded in custody.

Driver fined

A DRIVER was fined after speeding and drink driving in Wycheproof.

The 57-year-old was intercepted after being detected driving at 117km/h.

He was also driving under the influence of alcohol, providing a reading 0.069 in an evidentiary breath test.

He received penalty notices for the offences.
