Offenders attempt to gain entry
Between March 19 and 20, offenders have attempted to gain entry to a Rowe Street address in Robinvale, causing damage to the front door area. Offenders also entered and ransacked a caravan that was in the backyard.
Robinvale house fire
A house fire occurred on Damascus Road Robinvale at about 3.30am on March 21, causing extensive damage. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
Stolen items
A number of Stihl chainsaws, a Honda generator and a Briggs and Stratton power washer have been stolen from a Chillingollah Road address on March 25.
Drug trafficking charges
A male has been arrested and charged with trafficking drugs after a drug warrant was executed at a Chapman Street address on March 7.
Stolen registration plate
Police are investigating after a trailer registration plate may have been stolen around Donnington Street on March 19.
Forced entry to McCrae Street business
A male offender forcibly entered a McCrae Street business on the evening on March 23. He was observed removing till draws looking for cash but none was kept there. Police are following up with CCTV footage.
Attempt to steal motor vehicle
An offender has tried to steal an unlocked motor vehicle parked in the driveway of a Poole Boulevard address on March 20. The owner of the vehicle heard it start and rushed outside, confronting the male in the driver’s seat and yelling at him to get out. The offended has got out of the vehicle and run off.
Bottles of spirits stolen
A male and female offender has entered the rear of a liquor outlet store on Campbell Street on March 14, stealing a number of bottles of spirits. The pair were later located on Campbell Street by police, and both were arrested and convey to Swan Hill Police Station and remanded.
An unattended tree fire was located on James Lane Swan Hill on March 26. An aerosol can was located at the base of the tree. Hefty fines apply for leaving fires unattended.
