Woorinen have kick started their 2022 premiership campaign, announcing a number of re-signing’s ahead of next season.

In a major positive for the Tigers, Jye Barry and Arnold Kirby, who finished top two in Woorinen’s Seniors Best & Fairest, have put pen to paper and re-signed for another year in the yellow and black.

Joining the clubs two dominant midfielders in recommitting to the club are Josh Domaille, Ben Booth, Bailey Fry, Austin McKerrow, Zac Cattlin and young guns Nyawi Moore, Lachie Wright and Henry Thompson.

DOGGIES PUT PEN TO PAPER

The Tigers aren’t the only Central Murray club to have begun locking away their list for next season, with Tyntynder also getting two important signatures on paper in recent days – as well as regaining the services of one of their favorite sons.

2021 joint Captains Tom Gilbert and Marcus Wattie, who was Runner-Up in the Doggies Seniors Best & Fairest, have both recommitted for next season – their first under newly appointed coach Josh Stone.

Joining Gilbert and Wattie will be Zac Denham, who returns to the kennel having spent the last couple of seasons on the sidelines after spending much of 2019 injured and will be another welcome addition to add depth to their midfield.

The trio will be joined by a number of new recruits, including Ultima duo Brodie Bennett and Tom Bull, as well as Sea Lake-Nandaly’s Kyle Brasser and Tooleybuc-Manangatang’s Jackson Morris.
