Christmas Wonderland – Swan Hill Town Hall: Free for all ages. The perfect opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit and take photos with your family and friends. Please take your own photos bookings not essential but, if you are bringing a large group please contact the venue. For sessions times refer to the Swan Hill Town Hall website.


FRIDAY

5pm to 9pm: Robinvale – Euston Christmas Carnival. A magical winter wonderland. This festive event is perfect for families and aims to unite our community in the spirit of the holiday season. A variety of stalls, food vendors and kids entertainment activities.

8pm to 9pm: George Kapiniaris Comedy at Swan Hill Town Hall. George is one of this country’s best loved comedy, music & TV stars, having had an incredible impact on Australian popular culture over the last 30 years plus. Tickets online at swanhilltownhall.com or in person at Swan Hill Town Hall booking office or Swan Hill Region Information Centre.

5.15pm to 5.45pm: Mini Golf Tournament at the Tooleybuc Sporting Club. Entry fees $5 per person. Snacks and complimentary ice cream for kids are included in the entry fee.

Evening: Live Music at Swan Hill Club featuring ‘7 Car Pileup’.


SATURDAY

8.30am to 12.30pm: Robinvale Country Market. Held on the second Saturday of the month. Various market stalls, fresh produce, plants, and entertainment.

9am to 12pm: Nyah Lions Club Market at Nyah Recreation Reserve, River Street. Held on the 2nd Saturday of the month – various market stalls, Lions famous hot donuts, wood raffle, plants, produce, honey and bric-a-brac.

10am to 11.30am: Christmas Storytime at the Swan Hill Library. Join us for our special Christmas Storytime at the Swan Hill Library. Children will have the chance to make a fun Christmas tree craft to take home. Santa Claus will make a brief stopover. Bookings essential.

6pm: Live music at Spoons Riverside featuring ‘That Guy’

9pm: Live music at The Federal Hotel featuring ‘7 Car Pileup’

11am to 6pm: Moulamein Races at Moulamein Road. The Moulamein Cup is back and it’s sure to be bigger & better. On-course TAB, food vans and children’s activities and fashions on the field.


SUNDAY

9am to 11am: Tooleybuc Food & Fibre Market at Mensforth Park, Murray Street. Held every third Sunday of the month. Showcasing local produce and products.

4pm to 6pm: The Nyah District Pool free barbecue. Pool inflatable between 3pm to 5pm win your membership payment back drawn at 5pm.

3pm: Tinsel Tongs Christmas family barbecue at the Kerang Primary School Oval. Big raffle draw at 3pm. Proceeds to Kerang Neighbourhood House.

4.30pm: Sunday live music session at Mystic Park Hotel featuring ‘Jason & Bruce’.

6pm: Carols by Candlelight at Riverside Park. Join us for a special evening of festive cheer as we sing Christmas carols at Riverside Park, Swan Hill. Enjoy a free sausage sizzle, or choose from a selection of delicious food from the food vans that will be present. Free face painting and balloon art for them to enjoy. Santa will also be making an appearance during the evening. Candles and glow items will be available for purchase that night . Bring your own picnic chair or blanket and prepare for a magical evening of Christmas carols.

6.30pm to 9.30pm: Piangil Community Christmas Party at Piangil Community Centre, 8 Beveridge Street. BYO drinks and folding chairs please and bring a salad or dessert to share. All meats are supplied. Santa will make an appearance later in the evening! Everyone is welcome! Free

9am to 1pm: Christmas On Karinie. A Christmas shopping opportunity – Karinie Street, Swan Hill – plenty of stall holders, kids face painting for the kids, barbecue breaky and coffee available. Car parking at the saleyards.

11am: Park & Brag at Lake Boga. Just a gathering of like-minded people who want to show off their toys! Anything with a ‘rumble’ – cars, bikes, trucks, tractors – anything with an engine is welcome.


DECEMBER 19

6.30pm to 9.30pm: Summer Drag Bingo Christmas extravaganza at Swan Hill Club. Get ready for the ultimate festival showdown as Dragged To takes over The Swan HIll Club with a Christmas spectacular like no other! It’s a Christmas-themed, glitter-fuelled extravaganza packed with games, laughter, and jaw-dropping surprises.


DECEMBER 20

5.30pm to 8.30pm: Community Christmas at Riverside Park. Join MDAS and the Salvation Army for an evening full of festive fun! Entertainment: DJ Tom Mitchell, camel rides jumping castle, rock climbing wall, face painting, and a surprise visit from Santa.
