SEE THE VIDEO: CONTRACTORS caused a flurry of water to gush out of the footpath near the Swan Hill railway station car park this week. A spokeswoman for Swan Hill Rural City Council said Powercor contractors had fractured the water main on Wednesday morning, while conducting upgrades to electric car chargers to be installed on Curlewis Street.
