Real estate release

SWAN Hill Council has announced the release of Stage 15 at the growing Tower Hill real estate development.

One of Swan Hill’s most sought-after residential estates, 25 new lots are available.

Land sizes range from 595 square metres to 833, selling between $183,500 and $202,500.

The council said this release presented a “prime opportunity” for prospective buyers looking to build their dream home in a thriving community.

Director of corporate services Bhan Pratap said all lots would be offered on a “first come, first serve” basis, making it “crucial for interested buyers to act quickly”.

“To secure a lot, buyers must register their interest by submitting their name, email, and phone number,” Mr Pratap said.

“A member of our Tower Hill procurement team will contact registered buyers within one business day in the order that registrations are received to discuss available options.

“Buyers are encouraged to have several preferences ready, in case their top choice is unavailable.”

Tower Hill is 3km from the heart of Swan Hill and is home to more than 500 residents.

Mr Pratap said the estate offered an enviable lifestyle with walking and cycling paths, Barry Steggall Park, scenic wetland, off-leash dog park and essential services like schools, TAFE, a retirement village, and aged care centres nearby, ensuring convenience for families of all ages.

“Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home or a convenient lifestyle with easy access to everything Swan Hill has to offer, Tower Hill is the perfect place to build your future,” he said.
