School perform carols

CAROLS were sung and candles lit as St Mary’s Primary School students sung in the festive spirit last Thursday night.

Staged at Riverside Park in Swan Hill, students performed a combination of modern and classic carols in front of family and friends.

Picnic dinners were enjoyed as a large crowd joined in the singing, many dressed in traditional Christmas colours of red and green.

Meanwhile, vocals are being given final practice ahead of this Sunday night’s community carols at the Riverside Park sound shell.

The family event begins at 6pm, with a free barbecue, jumping castle and face painting.

Glo products and candles will be available for sale.
