Placing brings in $340 for charity

CYSTIC fibrosis research is already reaping the reward from Forsixtyfiveroses after the three-year-old filly placed second in Swan Hill on Friday.

Jockey Harry Coffey rode her in the 975 metre Maiden Plate, finishing 3.5 lengths behind winner Streetcar Heaven, ridden by renowned jockey Dean Yendall.

The placing brings $340 to Cystic Fibrosis Victoria’s 65 Roses campaign with Country Racing Victoria’s 10 per cent stake used as a continuous fundraiser.

Swan Hill trained Lady of Leisure placed third for Jane Duncan with at 71/1.
