HARRY Coffey has realised his dream of winning a Wycheproof Cup on board his father’s horse Vianden during a meeting the Coffey’s won’t likely ever forget.
The Swan Hill racing sensation went into the day with seven rides lined up and came away with a massive six winners, and one third place.
The young jockey guided the Jane Duncan-trained Aftershave to break its 32-race drought to cruise home for his first winner of the day, before bringing home five wins for Dad Austy.
It has been an emotional time for Harry with a recent documentary highlighting his cystic fibrosis battle, but the youngster said this was the cherry on top.
