WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
Authorities are advising residents to listen to local radio, visit the SES website or call the SES hotline (132 500) for more information and advice.
If the situation is life-threatening, please call triple-0.
They also ask for residents to look out for neighbours who may need help during the flood.
When driving near floodwaters, the SES asks for people to be vigilant of any road hazards such as mud or debris that may be washed onto the road.
They also stress that it is crucial to never drive through floodwaters as it’s never possible to tell how deep they will go.
Check the VicRoads website for any road closures or obstructions before heading on your journey.
