SWAN Hill’s State Schools Extravaganza event went off with a bang on Tuesday night as the Town Hall was sold out for the second time in a week.
The Extravaganza, now in its eighth year, was a chance for local schools to showcase their talent in the field of the performing arts.
This year, 431 students from eight schools took part and, according to organiser Jodi Walters, the event continued to impress.
“The quality of our local talent is amazing,” she said.
“But we also have an amazing wealth of talented teachers and mentors who donate their time and skill to ensure the shows success.”
Kaiti Walters barely had time to catch her breath after being involved in the Swan Hill Primary School concert last week.
