THE mind and murals connected at a popular Swan Hill shopping laneway, with six giant paintings created by two regional artists officially opened on Friday.
The 2.6-metre square murals were erected at the laneway connecting Campbell Street to the Curlewis Street car park to form a walk-through public gallery.
The installation was launched in front of about 20 people by Swan Hill Rural City Council mayor Cr Les McPhee and artist Kerryn Finch.
Ms Finch and her Kerang artist partner, Paul Oswin, created the masterpieces that capture the natural beauty of Swan Hill and surrounds.
