St Mary’s defeat Lakers

ULTIMA TUF claimed victory in its Swan Hill District Cricket Association one-day match over Tooleybuc Manangatang on Saturday.

The home side batted first and was all out for 110, with Rod Power taking four wickets for UTUF.

The visitors met the total in 23 overs for the loss of three wickets, with Andy Abbott scoring an unbeaten 58.

Nyah District had a win over RSL at Gurnett Oval.

The visitors set a target of 155 with Shane Fleming scoring 50 and Michael Boulton making an unbeaten 41.

RSL was all out for 106, with Alistair Pretty taking five wickets for Nyah.

Swan Hill won a high-scoring game against Woorinen at Woorinen.

The home side batted first and made 182, with Taylor Cameron managing 74 before being bowled LBW by Matt Lanigan, who took four wickets for the visitors.

Swan Hill surpassed Woorinen’s total with only four wickets falling.

Brenton Foott managed an unbeaten 60 while Ryan Shepherd scored 66.

St Mary’s Tyntynder had a win over Lakers at Ken Harrison Sporting Complex.

The home side batted first and set a target of 214 with Brent Daniels managing 87 and Jonty Chaproniere an unbeaten 57.

The visitors were all out for 140 with Kane Domaille taking five wickets.
