GRAIN SHED
LAST Sunday, we were greeted by our Grain Shed youth dressed in their beautiful new hoodies.
Not only did they do an amazing job hosting, but we were also spoiled with delicious scones, jam and cream after the service.
Everything was truly appreciated and to top it off, big smiles showing joy and a genuine desire to serve. Bravo.
Tonight our youth meet at 7pm for “Youth for Christ”.
Sunday 10am, Pastor Jodi will be on the platform sharing a message from God, speaking into our hearts. Our doors are open to all, regulars, locals and visitors, and if you haven’t been for a while or never at all, we would love to welcome you and have you stay after the service in fellowship.
Our Grainshed kids desk opens from 9.45am. This is a wonderful time where we connect with the kids aged from three up to the end of primary school and have fun, speaking about Jesus and His love for them. Jesus is our friend forever.
Mainly music is on Monday, from 9.30am to 11am. This is a wonderful musical interactive program for parents/carers/grandparents with little ones and a way to meet with others.
Wednesday at 2pm is the start of our new Church Bible Study, come along, bring a friend and spend time with God exploring His word.
Thursday 10am our craft ladies come along with their projects in hand and share over a cuppa.
If you are interested in any of the activities taking place at the Grain Shed, contact us on 5032 9449.
“Walk in love” Ephesians 5:2. “Agape (unconditional love), a love that I believe (yes, I am a mum) comes naturally to most mums for their children, however God asks us to love Him and others, even those we don’t like. Not easy. When we walk in love, it requires us first to choose. Over all these virtues put on love which binds them all together in perfect unity.” To act on a daily basis, with effort and go in the directions it takes us.
When we reach out showing genuine love and concern, our feelings change towards that person and regardless of what we receive back, God is pleased with us. Let’s go walking.
