GRAIN SHED

WITH every month of May there comes a very special day, a day where we get to bless those women in our lives who have so generously given their time nurturing, supporting and being there for us.

Happy Mother’s Day. ‘Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.’ Proverbs 31:31

This Sunday at 10am, we welcome all local and visiting to hear Pastor Jodi as she shares a wonderful message.

Please stay around after in fellowship as we celebrate mothers and how important they are to us and God.

Tonight our Grain Shed youth start the first session of their Alpha course with a dinner prior being served for all at 6.30pm. What is youth Alpha about? It is a series of sessions designed to engage a conversation about some of life’s most important questions. Contact Liz – youth@thegrainshed.org.au for more details.

Monday our mainly music team look forward to all the mums/dads/grandparents with their little ones from 9.15am to a fun interactive musical session followed by morning tea and playtime.

Thursday our craft ladies meet from 10am.

Save the date: May 21 and May 22 – Sean W Smith

For anyone who is interested in the upcoming Safe Church Awareness Workshop refresher on May 17.

Be trained and equipped to ensure you are able to create a Safe Place for everyone.

CCVT recommends that all leaders and volunteers including pastors, elders, deacons, leadership teams, ministry leaders, pastoral carers and those working with children, youth, or vulnerable adults attend a Safe Church Awareness Workshop as a prerequisite to ministry in the local church.

Please contact reception 5032 9449 or reception@thegrainshed.org.au.
