A COMMUNITY satisfaction survey is being conducted for residents in the Swan Hill municipality from January 31 until March.
Council acting director corporate services Helen Morris said residents may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
“From Monday, January 31, for a period of up to three weeks, randomly selected households may receive a phone call on either their landline or mobile phone,” she said.
“The survey has been designed to assess the performance of our council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.”
Ms Morris said details of individual responses were confidential and only the overall results would be shared with council.
“We appreciate residents taking the time to assist us – this information will help direct our strategic planning and make sure we are meeting the expectations of our community,” she said.
