Former Swan Hill resident Samantha Fraser murder trial postponed

THE trial for the murder of former Swan Hill resident Samantha Fraser has been postponed until March 7, 2022.

Ms Fraser’s estranged husband is on trial after the young mother was found dead in her home on July 23 in 2018.

The trial, which is expected to run for 6-8 weeks, was supposed to commence on November 8, however it was postponed on the advice of the Department of Human Services due to COVID restrictions.

Ms Fraser was the daughter of agronomist Trevor Fraser, who lived in Swan Hill for 40 years.
