Decisions needing to be made

IF a decision was made to ban our athletes from competing in the Chinese winter Olympics, would our council make a decision to ban the Chinese pilots from monopolising our aerodrome and our air space?

Greg Whitler, SWAN HILL.

Positive feedback from police FROM August 29 2021,

I was part of the Victoria Police deployment at Swan Hill.

We spent a week in your town, manning the traffic management point and performing mobile patrols.

What a week we had!

From the first moment we manned the traffic management point, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of the people of Swan Hill.

Daily we received all sorts of treats from your locals, in appreciation of the work VicPol are performing there.

Every person we dealt with was patient and understanding as we checked their permits.

It is almost impossible to convey how positive an experience the week was for us.

We were away from our families for days, and yet every one of us was sad to leave.

Could you please pass on to every member of your community my thanks for the kindness and generosity they showed us during our time there.

I can’t wait to come back!

Sergeant Mark Bell, BENDIGO POLICE.
