THE lease title for Swan Hill Bunnings sold this week for the tremendous figure of $10,950,000.
The property went to auction on Wednesday in Melbourne, through commercial real estate agents Burgess and Rawson.
“It’s the highest price for a single commercial freehold in Swan Hill,” managing director of Swan Hill’s Wood and Co Real Estate Brian Wood said.
