Community helps family to get back on their feet

A ROOM at the Swan Hill Leisure Centre is piled high with supplies donated to the Lake Boga family touched by a devastating house fire nearly two weeks ago.

The Neils — Kellie, Matt, Macca and Eli — moved into a new home close to the centre of Swan Hill on Saturday.

The family lost their home on May 13, when a blaze ripped through the property — destroying everything inside.

Leisure Centre Manager Tim Free led the charge for donations, highly commending the community in their efforts to help the young family.
