BALRANALD’s Division 1 side is on a roll with two wins in a row. This week it defeated Moulamein, winning two rinks and by two shots. 

Lloyd Murray, Martin Wright, Clive Burke and Kevin Murphy were the match winners for Balranald with a strong 28-19 result and John Manning won 23-21. 

The winners for Moulamein were Martin Stephens, Aaron Worboyes, David Thomas and Neville Graham on 27-18. 

Nyah District put a space between second and third place on the ladder when it beat Murray Downs by two rinks and 11 shots. 

The best winning rink for Nyah comprised Bryan Smith, Brendan Thomson, Matt O’Bree and Simon Wynne who won 30-19.
