Cadd’s milestone

WOORINEN mainstay Aaron Cadd will play his 200th Central Murray Football Netball League game tomorrow.

The Tigers travel to Nyah for their Round 17 clash against United, with Woorinen chasing a win as it pushes for a top three berth.

Former coach Cadd handed over the coaching duties to Nick Trenfield after the Tigers’ 2012 grand final defeat to Kerang, and he said the greater focus on his own game had helped with his form.

“It’s been good to just concentrate on my own game and worry about yourself a little bit more rather than trying to get everyone up,” he said.

After playing 130 games for Tyntynder, Cadd moved to Melbourne where a stint at amateur club University Blacks resulted in a preliminary final defeat in 2010 after missing out on the finals the previous season.
