Club saves lives

MORE than 700 lives will be saved following the Australian Red
Cross Blood Service mobile blood donor centre recent visit to Swan Hill.

In
total, 263 donations were received, saving 789 lives, according to the
Australian Red Cross Blood Service.

Community relations officer Carol
Barnden-Bond said they welcomed a number of new donors during their most recent
visit.”We have a high rate of regular return donors for Swan Hill — Swan
Hill has a very good established panel of donors, but there is always room for
new donors.”
