A MARTIAL artist who has worked on films with Chuck Norris and Jackie Chan will be in Swan Hill on Sunday.
At 63, Richard Norton has a background in a variety of martial arts that keep him surprisingly agile and quick for his age.
He plans to run seminars on stand-up MMA and kickboxing from 1pm.
Swan Hill MMA business manager Genene Jones said the occasion would be of interest to Swan Hill Mixed Martial Arts members.
“He’s been doing martial arts forever, he’s just amazing,” she said.
“It’s pretty huge for us. He is one of, if not the, best martial artist from Australia.”
Jones said local exponents would take every opportunity to learn from Norton.
“We just get the training from him, whatever we can take — any knowledge and learning will be soaked up that’s for sure,” she said.
Norton will be at the Swan Hill MMA Dojo from 1pm on Sunday.
