Live shows delayed for now

THE arts industry in Swan Hill has been dealt a blow once again, with shows, some of which were also postponed, delayed again.

A number of shows set to run at Swan Hill Town Hall in the coming months have been postponed.

Swan Hill Town Hall performing arts and marketing officer Sharon Brinkman said COVID-19 restrictions and capacity limitations have made it a difficult time in the entertainment industry.

“Unfortunately due to the recent lockdown and capacity restrictions, a number of our upcoming shows have been postponed,” Ms Brinkman said.

“We are working hard to confirm new dates at the moment and we will let you know ASAP.”

Ms Brinkman encouraged all current ticketholders to hold on to their tickets.

“Once a new date has been confirmed all tickets will be honoured and transferred to the new date, or you may choose to request a refund,” she said.

“Swan Hill Town Hall bookings office staff will be in contact with ticket holders in the next few days,” Ms Brinkman added.

Postponed event details:

39 Forever – starring Amity Dry: Postponed from August 6, with a new date to be confirmed (TBC)
