THE Mallee’s cricket community have lost their Bush Bash Premier Cricket match because of other towns’ wet weather, with Cricket Victoria calling off the scheduled match between Frankston Peninsula and Fitzroy Doncaster.
The announcement came at the weekend revealing the matches destined for the bush, would in fact now be played in Melbourne, despite the Swan Hill Recreation Reserve’s good conditions.
